Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) + performance incentives

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with excellent communication skills in English and Marathi to join our team and help deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate client and sales data.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and report irregularities.
Organize physical and digital records for easy access.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
Communicate confidently with clients in English and Marathi, understand their needs, handle queries, and explain our services clearly.
Proactively reach out to potential clients, follow up with leads, and convince them about our services while building trust and rapport.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Sales experience with client-handling skills preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Marathi.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Open to both male and female candidates.
Work Days: 6 Days working
Monday to Saturday (Shift timings: 9 AM to 6:30 PM).
