A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, managing accounts, and meeting targets, involving prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships, often coordinating with marketing, using CRM software, and attending events to boost sales and brand visibility
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new leads through networking, cold calling, research, and events.
Sales Presentations: Demonstrate and present products/services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations, prepare quotes, and finalize sales to meet targets.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Strategy: Track sales activities in CRM, report performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to sales strategy.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams for a seamless customer journey.
