Job Description – Female Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Division: Sintex Water Tanks, Chemical Tanks, FRP Tanks, Water Storage Solutions, Pipes & Containers

Company: Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments for our Sintex Water Tanks, Chemical Tanks, FRP Tanks, Water Pipes, and Industrial Containers division.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and website.

• Prepare and send quotations for water tanks, chemical tanks, FRP tanks, pipes, and containers.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and customer support.

• Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records.

• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, warehouse, and accounts departments for timely order execution.

• Track order status and update customers regularly.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective follow-up and coordination.

• Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and customer communications.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Any Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Experience in building materials, industrial products, water tanks, pipes, construction materials, or the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
