About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Echar Elevator Fixture in Airoli, a leading lift manufacturing company. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating the work order / fixed plan on daily basis

• Coordinating with Design department to release drawing / BOM

• Co-ordinating with production team for order execution and dispatch date

• coordinating with customer on order readiness and dispatch

• be part of daily production review meeting

• Making Invoices and E-way bill

• coordinating with transporter for vehicle for dispatch

• Sending dispatch intimation with invoice soft copy by an email to customer

• Taking quarterly feedback on mail from customer

• Updating all necessary documents with regard to ISO and customer audit

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent. / Any other Degree can do

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the lift or engineering industry.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
