Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned customer base, ensuring high retention and a seamless digital banking experience.
Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to internal banking policies and regulatory norms.
What We’re Looking For
Language Skills: Fluent English (Mandatory) + Proficiency in one regional language (Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Knowledge: A foundational understanding of banking products is a plus.
