Position: Relationship Manager – Wealth Management
Location: Chennai / Coimbatore

Role Summary:
The company is looking for a highly target-driven Relationship Manager responsible for client acquisition, revenue generation, and AUM growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, sales orientation, and experience in financial product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping
• Generate leads through personal database and external channels
• Build and onboard new client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth
• Cross-sell and upsell wealth management products
• Maintain regular engagement with active clients
• Ensure KYC documentation and compliance procedures are completed accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (MBA Preferred)
• NISM Certification Preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in financial product sales / wealth management / BFSI sales
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Aggressive target-oriented approach
• Excellent networking and relationship-building capability
• Good understanding of financial products and investment instruments
• Comfortable using office productivity tools and AI-based research/productivity tools

The budgeted compensation for this role is approximately ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, excluding incentives. The client is primarily looking for candidates with strong experience in financial product sales and relationship management.
