About the Role

Keyone Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive insurance sales and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and customer databases.

• Contact prospective customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.

• Understand customer financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets in premium value and Number of Policies (NOP).

• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.

• Assist customers throughout the policy purchase process.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
