Hiring: Assistant Manager & Team Leader – Real Estate Process (BPO)

📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai (Onsite)

We are hiring experienced professionals for Assistant Manager and Team Leader positions for a Real Estate Process within a leading BPO. If you have strong team management experience and a proven track record in Real Estate operations, we'd love to connect with you.

Open Positions

1. Assistant Manager – Real Estate Process

Experience Required:

• Currently working as an Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader in a BPO handling a Real Estate process.

• Strong experience in team management, operations, and performance delivery.

CTC: Up to ₹50,000 per month

2. Team Leader – Real Estate Process

Experience Required:

• Current or recent experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Real Estate process.

• Experience managing team performance, productivity, quality, and SLAs.

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets.

• Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

• Conduct coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.

• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client and customer satisfaction.

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate.

• Mandatory experience in a Real Estate Process within a BPO environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
