Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle property sales activities. The role involves interacting with clients, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and closing property deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Interact with clients to understand property requirements
Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Negotiate with clients and close property deals
Maintain strong relationships for repeat and referral business
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Update client details and sales activities regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial properties
Willingness to travel for site visits
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
