Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.

• Explain property features, pricing, offers, and project details clearly and professionally.

• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and investment preferences.

• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or real estate sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are an advantage).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
