Job Title: Product Advisor – Telesales

Location: Bangalore - Koramangala
Experience: 6+ Months (Telesales/Outbound Sales)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

Drive sales by connecting with prospective customers, promoting premium membership plans, and converting leads into paid members through effective consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads.

• Pitch and sell premium membership plans.

• Convert free users into paid customers.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer proficiency.
