Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries received through calls, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain project details effectively.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
Follow up regularly with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and customer meetings.
Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telecalling and lead-generation abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of Pre-Sales experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Male/Female candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
