We are looking for a Pre- Sales Advisor to join our team The role involves effective communication with customers, have basic understanding of sales principles, familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft office applications etc.
Job Description:
Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries from various sources such as calls, what's app, websites etc, qualify leads, manage records in the CRM, generating leads through calls, company database.
Customer Interaction: Schedule appointments for site visits or meetings, provide initial product or service information handle customer queries etc.
Product Knowledge: Highlight key selling points tailored to the customer's requirements, Knowledge by engaging in regular training, Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings & industry.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Share qualified leads with appropriate sales team members, Provide detailed lead notes and customer insights for seamless follow ups, Assist in creating proposals or presentations if needed.
Reporting: Maintaining the CRM, Regular daily reports on appropriate group chats, Attending Scheduled meetings, events.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduation or BA, Marketing or related field , proven experience in customer support, sales, pre-sales role is an advantage
Location: Thane
Experience: Minimum 6 months- 3 years
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English (other regional languages are a plus)
Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
