Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective channel partner (CP).

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Provide accurate information about Isprava's luxury villa projects, destinations, and offerings.

Schedule meetings and site visits for the channel partner.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential CPs to nurture leads.

Update and manage CP interactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management.

Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Isprava brand.

Achieve lead qualification and appointment generation target.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline

1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Real Estate, Customer Relations, Luxury.

Experience interacting with premium clientele or high-net-worth individuals is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Working Days: 6 Days a week | Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Prabhadevi (Shuttle services available from Dadar and Wadala Station during weekdays)
