Are you a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people? We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives (Telecallers) to connect with potential customers, explain our premium real estate projects, and schedule site visits for our sales team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, portals, and marketing campaigns.

☎️ Attend inbound calls from interested customers.

🏡 Explain project details, including:

• 📍 Location

• 💰 Pricing

• ✅ Approvals

• 🎁 Offers & Benefits

📅 Qualify customer requirements and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.

🔄 Follow up regularly with interested customers.

💻 Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status.

🎯 Achieve daily call, follow-up, and site visit targets.

🤝 Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover.

✅ Required Skills

🗣️ Good communication skills in:

• English

• Kannada

• Telugu / Tamil (Any two languages preferred)

📞 Confident and persuasive phone communication.

💻 Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel & WhatsApp).

💪 Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections.

🎯 Self-motivated and target-oriented.

👩‍💼 Experience

🎓 Freshers are welcome! (Complete training will be provided.)

⭐ 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
