We’re Hiring – Assistant Relationship Officer (Telesales)

Finance Buddha is growing! 🚀 We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Relationship Officer to join our Noida team. If you have telesales experience in financial products and are eager to build a rewarding career in financial services, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential leads for Personal Loans & Overdraft products

Verify customer documents & assist with loan applications

Provide accurate product & eligibility information

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Follow up with clients and ensure timely documentation

Meet daily/weekly sales targets & maintain compliance

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (financial products preferred)

Strong communication & customer-handling skills

Basic knowledge of loans, overdraft, KYC norms & financial documentation

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is a plus
