We are looking for a Online Sales Executive (Chat Process) to join our team at Bovin Tech India. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Communicate with international clients via chat platforms
● Present and promote company products/services professionally
● Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
● Convert chat interactions into successful sales outcomes
● Meet assigned performance targets and maintain accurate customer and chat records
● Ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
