Experience
● 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, or relationship management - ideally in mutual funds, insurance, banking, or any financial services.
● Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets in a calling-based role.
● Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for finance will also be considered.
Skills & Traits
● Excellent spoken English and Hindi (a neutral, clear accent matters on calls).
● Numerically comfortable with returns, percentages, SIP calculators, and portfolio math.
● Coachable, process-oriented, and able to perform consistently in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
● Self-motivated with a genuine hunger to earn - you see targets as opportunity, not pressure.
Qualifications
● Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
● NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification is strongly preferred. If you don't hold it yet, you'll need to complete it before you begin calling customers — we'll support you through the process.
