Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to promote products or
services, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent
communication skills, a confident attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote services, products, or
offers.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Handling Inbound Calls:
Answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about the products and services.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Ensure that customers have a positive experience with the company.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and converting them
into customers.
Follow up with existing leads and nurture relationships to drive sales.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of calls, complaints, inquiries, and feedback.
Meeting Sales Targets:
Meet individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating new leads.
Participate in team meetings and sales training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Problem Solving & Customer Support:
Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Offer appropriate solutions and escalate matters to higher management when necessary.
1. Providing Feedback:
Provide valuable insights and feedback about customer experiences and market trends.
Contribute to improving processes and service offerings based on customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in teleselling, customer service, or sales is preferred, but not
mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
