Marketing Executive

Sales & Customer Handling

· Prepare accurate quotations and share within defined timelines.

· Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and inquiries.

· Maintain daily followup logs for orders, payments, and queries.

· Achieve order conversion targets by converting quotations into confirmed orders.

· Collect customer feedback and ensure satisfaction ratings are maintained.

Operations & Coordination

· Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics for material availability and dispatch.

· Ensure smooth communication between departments to avoid delays.

· Maintain documentation compliance (DCs, invoices, registers, records).

· Support MIS reporting with accurate daily/weekly/monthly submissions.

Marketing & Business Development

· Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation.

· Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

· Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

Administration & Compliance

· Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.

· Use Tally Prime effectively for billing, ledgers, and entries.

· Adhere to company policies, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.

3.0 Authorities

· Approve routine quotations and followup communications.

· Escalate customer issues to Marketing Manager.

· Recommend process improvements for sales and operations.

· Quotation Accuracy & Timeliness: 100% accuracy, ≤24 hrs turnaround.

· Order Conversion Rate: ≥60% conversion.

· Customer Response Time: ≤2 hrs for calls/emails/messages.

· Dispatch Coordination Efficiency: ≥95% ontime dispatch.

· MIS Reporting Accuracy: 100% ontime submission.

· Payment Followup Effectiveness: ≥90% ontime collections.

· Customer Satisfaction: Good/Very Good rating.
