Position: Team Leader Department: Sales

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage a team of executives/advisors.

• Drive monthly sales and business targets.

• Motivate and guide team members for better productivity and performance.

• Ensure proper customer handling and professional communication.

• Monitor daily login, sanction, and disbursement numbers of the team.

• Support team in documentation, query resolution, and case closure.

• Maintain coordination with banks/NBFCs and internal departments.

• Ensure team follows company policies and process discipline.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members.

• Generate new business opportunities through market references and lead management.

• Maintain positive office environment and team coordination.

• Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team handling skills.

• Good communication and convincing ability.

• Knowledge of loan products and banking processes.

• Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.

• Good understanding of customer relationship management.

• Basic computer and reporting knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/team handling.

• Experience in secured or unsecured loan segment preferred.

• Graduation preferred.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
