Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Loan Sales Officer to drive business growth. You will identify, pitch, and sell loan products to qualified customers. Your primary goal is meeting monthly loan disbursement targets through proactive financial advising.
Key Responsibilities
Source clients through cold calling, networking, and leads.
Pitch financial products including personal, home, or business loans.
Evaluate financial status to recommend appropriate loan structures.
Guide applicants through the complete loan application process.
Collect required documentation for credit and underwriting teams.
Cross-sell insurance or other complementary financial banking products.
Build strong relationships with builders, agents, and channel partners.
Meet monthly sales targets established by the regional management.
