Salary Range: 14k to 20k (Depends on the interview)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counseling(outbound calling): Provide personalized advice on various loan options.

• Loan Application Assistance: Help students complete loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.

• Financial Literacy Education: Educate borrowers about managing debt, interest rates, repayment options, and the importance of credit scores.

• Budgeting Guidance: Assist students in creating budgets to manage educational expenses and loan repayment.

• Resources and Referrals: Connect students with additional resources, such as financial aid offices, credit counselors, or financial planning services.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in education loan policies and regulations to ensure accurate advice and compliance.

• Follow-Up Support: Offer ongoing support throughout the loan process, including reminders about important deadlines and repayment start dates.
