Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Officer (TSO) to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of financial/loan products is an advantage

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
