Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products to prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, assessing customer requirements, and coordinating the application process to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products and explain their benefits.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good knowledge of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, or loan sales preferred.
