Position: Personal Loan Sales Executive
Experience: 1–3 years in Personal Loan Sales
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and sell Personal Loan products to eligible customers.

• Handle Personal Loan Balance Transfer (BT) and Overdraft (OD) products.

• Contact customers through calls and follow-ups to understand their financial requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.

• Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and disbursal.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers from lead generation to loan disbursal.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursal targets.

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Personal Loan Sales.

• Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Balance Transfer (BT), and Overdraft (OD) will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of banking/NBFC loan products and processes.

• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful loan cases.

• Basic knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.
