Job Title: Loan Executive
Department: Sales

Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and explain business loan products.
Generate leads and identify prospective business loan customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about loan eligibility and available products.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Collect preliminary customer details and coordinate for required documentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in the system.
Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams for smooth application processing.
Build positive customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.

Salary Budget:
• Fresher: ₹15,000 ₹16,000 per month
