Role Overview

We are hiring high-energy, target-driven sales professionals for an outbound loan sales process covering Home Loans (HL), Personal Loans (PL), and Auto Loans (AL).

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven environment, have strong persuasion skills, and can confidently engage customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales for loan products (HL / PL / AL)

• Engage prospective customers, understand requirements, and pitch relevant financial products

• Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion discipline

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• V5 Level: HSC + minimum 6 months of sales/tele-calling experience

• V6 Level: Graduate + minimum 6 months of relevant experience

• Strong preference for candidates with BFSI / loan sales exposure

• Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage

Work Details

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotational within this window)

• Week Off: Any 1 rotational week off

• Process Type: Outbound Sales

• Compensation will be aligned to candidate experience, communication skills, and interview performance
