Key Responsibility,

Handle loan applications received.

Manage the loan process from sourcing to disbursal.

Understand customer requirements and collect necessary information.

Maintain good customer experience and respond promptly.

Review and evaluate loan applications based on credit parameters.

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

Coordinate with Credit Risk, Quality Check, Operations, and Documentation teams.

Explain the loan process to customers from lead to disbursal.

Complete daily tasks on time and meet TAT benchmarks.

Guide and advise customers during the loan process.
