Job Description – Senior Leasing Manager (Real Estate)

Project: Work Food Entertainment City (WFEC)

Location: MDDA Complex, Rajpur Road, Dehradun

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Leasing Manager with strong experience in commercial real estate leasing to lead leasing operations for Work Food Entertainment City (WFEC), a premium mixed-use development at MDDA Complex, Rajpur Road, and Dehradun.

The role demands hands-on leasing, corporate client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.

Experience Requirement

Ø  Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate leasing

Ø  Mandatory experience in commercial / office / mall / mixed-use projects

Ø  Exposure to corporate leasing, F&B brands, and institutional clients preferred

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Leasing & Business Development

Ø  Lead leasing for office spaces, corporate floors, restaurants, cafés, and allied commercial units

Ø  Identify, pitch, and close deals with corporates, brands, and institutional clients

Ø  Build and manage broker and channel partner networks

Ø  Conduct site visits, negotiations, and commercial discussions

Ø  Drive leasing targets as per management strategy

Ø  Negotiation & Deal Closure

Ø  Finalize rent, CAM, escalation, lock-in, fit-out period, and security deposit

Ø  Coordinate execution of LOI, Lease Deed, and commercial agreements

Ø  Ensure timely collection of security deposits and rentals

Ø  Coordination & Reporting

Ø  Work closely with legal, accounts, and operations teams

Ø  Maintain leasing MIS, deal tracker, and client follow-ups

Ø  Handle renewals, expansions, and tenant exits

Ø  Provide weekly and monthly leasing reports to management

Ø  Market Intelligence

Ø  Track market rentals, absorption trends, and competing projects

Ø  Suggest pricing strategies and incentive structures
