🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE real estate market & other reasons across .

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.

- Understand client needs and provide relevant information about real estate offerings.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance.

✅ Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or telemarketing

- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
