Role : Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze Job Descriptions (JDs) received from HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, and Founders to identify hiring requirements, technical skills, experience level, budget, timelines, and hiring priorities.

• Coordinate with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruitment Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders to clarify technical requirements, role expectations, mandatory skills, hiring timelines, and any specific client requirements.

• Evaluate the feasibility of hiring requirements before assigning positions to the recruitment team.

• Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiters to ensure accurate candidate sourcing and faster closures.

• Maintain a structured database of client requirements, job descriptions, hiring updates, and recruitment status in the HRMS.

• Research and identify companies with active IT hiring requirements through various online platforms.

• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, company databases, Google, job portals, company websites, referrals, and other lead generation platforms.

• Build, organize, and maintain a database of potential clients and decision-makers.

• Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities to initiate conversations with prospective clients.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and maintain engagement.

• Update the HRMS/CRM with daily lead generation activities, client interactions, and follow-up status.

• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment and Business Development teams to understand hiring trends and client requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation, client engagement, and meeting targets.

• Schedule meetings and requirement discussions between prospective Founder and the HR Teams

• Track client responses, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion status to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
