Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele caller to generate business opportunities by contacting potential corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and an interest in IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients. Generate qualified leads for the Sales Team. Introduce company products and IT services to prospective customers. Schedule appointments and meetings for Business Development Managers. Understand customer IT requirements and update the CRM accordingly. Follow up with existing and new leads regularly. Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and lead status. Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and customer follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
