Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on skills & experience)

### About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B sales, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound & outbound sales calls.
* Generate leads and new business opportunities.
* Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Tally/software solutions.
* Schedule demos and meetings.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
* Maintain customer details in CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
### Required Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email & Internet).
* CRM knowledge is an advantage.
* B2B sales, telecalling, software/IT sales experience is an advantage.
* Interest in Tally, accounting software & IT solutions is a plus.
