Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide functional, technical, and administrative support to address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer problems, queries, and requests.
Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer concerns.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3–8 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a 24/5 rotational shift environment.
Flexible to work in both office (RTO) and hybrid setups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism sectors.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
