Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (US Process – Night Shift)
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Office-Based)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift – US Time Zone)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary Criteria: Monthly ₹15,000/- to ₹18000/- + Sales Incentives+ attendance Bonus+

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team for a USA-based process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to US-based clients.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Prior experience in inside sales, international sales, or US process preferred.
Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Experience in BPO/KPO/International Sales will be an added advantage.
