International Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Agents to join our team iSON Xperiences at Doon Business Park, near ISBT, Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales Agent - Sr. Telesales Agent / Telecom Telesales Process

·         Use all call-handling procedures at opening, probing, seeking an opportunity to pitch product related services during conversation and while ending the call.

·         Responds to customer queries (on Products during sales call) in friendly, professional and supportive way

·         Ensures compliance with agreed Key Performance Indicators like Sales Targets, conversion targets & Quality scores

·         Demonstrate good communication skills, selling skills, negotiation skills to convert a sale

·         Identifies sales opportunities and informs the customer of relevant products and services if applicable.

·         Keeps records on all customer requests in order to ensure reliable and timely tracking of customer requests

·         Ensure positive corporate image ensuring compliance with Etisalat’s policies, procedures and guidelines

·         Documents all customer suggestions and ideas on improving the concerned products & services.

·         Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher & Experienced (Both can apply)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 (Freshers) + Rs 4000/Rs 5000 weekly sales incentives

        Upto ₹26,500.00 (Experienced) + 4000/Rs 5000 weekly sales incentives

Salary Cycle: 7th of each month

Shift Timings: 10:30 am – 19:30 pm hrs (9 hrs)

Preshift timings: 15 mins

Post shift timings: 15 mins

Office reporting timings: 10:15 am
