Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Executive – Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads, interacting with clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward sales and client handling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and references
Interact with potential clients and explain company services/products
Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
Handle customer queries professionally
Build and maintain good client relationships
Prepare daily activity and performance reports
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Confidence in client interaction and convincing skills
Ability to work under pressure and target-based environment
Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
