International Telesales Executive

Your Mission

Identify and engage new potential clients across multiple industries
Reach decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach
Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for the sales team
Open doors for discussions with consultants, contractors, and project owners

Key Responsibilities

New Business Hunting

• Research and identify target companies and decision-makers

• Build prospect lists across hospitality groups, developers, IT companies, hospitals, and industrial facilities

• Initiate cold outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and messaging
  

Lead Qualification

• Identify companies planning new projects or infrastructure upgrades

• Understand potential needs for power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions

• Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
  

Meeting & Opportunity Creation

• Schedule meetings between prospects and technical sales engineers

• Ensure a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
  

Market Intelligence

• Identify opportunities where our solutions can be introduced early in the project stage
  Activity Tracking

• Maintain CRM or internal records of outreach, leads, and conversations
  
  Who We Are Looking For

We want hunters, not order-takers.

Ideal candidates will have:

✔ 1–4 years experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
✔ Confidence in cold calling and approaching new prospects
✔ Strong communication and persuasion ability
✔ Curiosity to research companies and identify opportunities
✔ A target-driven mindset

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields.

Language Requirements

✔ English – Required
✔ Malayalam – Required
✔ Hindi – Preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with industries such as:

• MEP / Electrical / Mechanical products

• Power backup or electrical infrastructure

• Data center or IT infrastructure

• Facility management

• Construction or building services
