
We are looking for driven Admission Executives to join our international admissions team in Mumbai, focusing on the US region. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with prospective learners abroad and guide them in achieving their career goals with upGrad.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel US learners, mapping career goals to upGrad programs. Manage end-to-end admission cycle from outreach to closure. Deliver weekly/monthly enrollment & revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Represent upGrad with knowledge of global education trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years’ international admission experience (US market/EdTech preferred). Strong communication skills, US-neutral accent, and proven record of exceeding targets.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office; flexible for US hours with a resilient, target-driven mindset.
