We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Associate with experience in handling global customers. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in international sales and is eager to grow in the EdTech industry. You will play a key role in connecting with prospective learners across different countries, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right learning solutions.
Engage with international leads through calls, emails, and virtual platforms.
Handle inbound and outbound sales across global markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Drive enrollments by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Manage follow-ups, objections, and conversions effectively.
Work in alignment with different time zones as per business requirements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Prior experience in international sales / global customer handling (mandatory).
Experience in B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, or EdTech sales preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a neutral or global accent.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts or night shifts.
