Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented International Sales Executives to join our Health Sales process. The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable health-related products/services while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
  

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health products/services.
  

• Generate sales through effective communication, product pitching, and relationship building.
  

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
  

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  

• Handle customer queries and provide timely and professional resolutions.
  

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  

• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Valid passport is mandatory.
  

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
  

• Comfortable interacting with international customers.
  

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a 6-day working environment with roster week offs.
  

• Prior experience in international sales, international BPO, healthcare sales, or related processes will be an added advantage.
