International Sales Executive (only face to face interview)

Key Responsibilities

International Sales: Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers and prospects to promote and sell insurance products.

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through provided leads, outbound calling, referrals, and other available sales channels.

Customer Need Analysis: Understand customer requirements, financial needs, and insurance preferences to recommend suitable insurance products.

Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch products, explain benefits, handle objections, negotiate with customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality sales performance.

Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.

International Client Handling: Build strong relationships with international customers and communicate confidently with clients from different countries and backgrounds.

Objection Handling: Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to close sales successfully.

CRM Management: Accurately update lead details, call outcomes, follow-up schedules, customer information, and sales status in the CRM system.

Sales Reporting: Maintain daily sales activity records and provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and target achievements.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Strong Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

Education: 12th pass and above.

Experience: 6 months–3 years of experience in International Sales, Telesales, BPO, Call Center, Insurance Sales, or a similar sales environment is preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Sales Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, customer engagement, and closing skills.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.

Behavioral Attributes: Highly target-oriented, confident, persuasive, energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable handling international customers.

Work Environment: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and, where applicable, rotational/night shifts aligned with international time zones.
