International Sales Executive (US Outbound Process)
Location: Lucknow / Delhi / Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)

Job Role:
We are hiring International Sales Executives for our US outbound process. The role involves engaging with international clients, pitching services, and converting leads into successful appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls to US customers
Pitch company services and schedule appointments or close sales
Conduct follow-ups via calls and emails
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records and report performance to the Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in International BPO (Sales preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Incentives: Uncapped earning potential
