BrightChamps is a global live-learning edtech platform helping kids aged 6–16 learn next‑gen life skills like coding, financial literacy, communication skills, and robotics across 25+ countries. Role overview The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation Key responsibilities ● Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs. ● Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths. ● Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes. ● Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions. ● Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment. ● Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students. Work schedule & Requirements ● Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement). ● Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift). ● Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore ● Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition. Desired candidate profile ● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline. ● Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered. ● Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents
