Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Shift: US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST)
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Included)
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and sales-driven Academic Counsellors to engage with parents in the US market and help them choose the right learning programs for their children. The role involves consultative selling, lead conversion, and achieving revenue targets in a high-performance EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with US-based parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Understand student learning requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Conduct counselling sessions and product demonstrations.

• Convert leads into paid enrollments through effective sales conversations.

• Handle objections and build strong customer relationships.

• Maintain lead data and follow-ups through CRM tools.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with operations and academic teams for student onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

• Experience in Academic Counselling, BDE, BDA, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or EdTech Sales is preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

• Personal laptop is mandatory.
