About the Role
Paperforce is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to drive customer acquisition across two distinct fronts — domestic buyers for our paper packaging range, and international buyers for both packaging and paper stationery products (notebooks, exercise books, and related items). The role is telephone- and outreach-heavy, focused on identifying prospects, making the first contact, qualifying interest, and handing off warm leads for closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a database of prospective domestic customers requiring paper packaging solutions (cartons, boxes, and related packaging formats)
Identify and build a database of prospective international buyers/importers for packaging and paper stationery (notebooks, exercise books, spiral/wire-bound, etc.), with focus on markets including Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Central America
Make outbound email and calls to domestic and international prospects to introduce Paperforce's product range and assess requirements
Qualify leads based on order size, product fit, and buying timeline before passing to the sales/management team
Maintain a structured pipeline/tracker of calls made, follow-ups due, and lead status
Research target companies (importers, wholesalers, packaging buyers, stationery distributors) via trade directories, LinkedIn, export databases, and B2B platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, Global Sources)
Coordinate with the founder/management for pricing, catalogue sharing, and sample dispatch follow-up
Handle basic email correspondence with international leads (time-zone aware outreach where needed)
Report weekly on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status
