Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to customers in the UK market
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Generate leads, close sales, or conduct surveys (as per campaign requirement)
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Maintain high conversion rates and call quality scores
Follow approved sales scripts and rebuttal techniques
3. CRM & Documentation
Accurately update customer information in CRM systems
Maintain proper call records and follow-up schedules
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance
4. Customer Handling
Address customer queries and objections effectively
Maintain professional tone and UK communication etiquette
Escalate complex cases to supervisors when required
