Hiring for International BPO Executive - (Inbound Telesales)
Job Profile:
US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take maximum 15 to 30 calls in a day and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries
Required:
Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year experience in any International BPO Sales company.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Benefits:
Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off.
Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
Salary : upto 20K to 30K
Training : 15-30 days paid training.
5 days working (rotational shifts)
Salary date - 1st of every month
Free Pickup or Drop depends upon office timings & location
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
