Position Title: Junior Process Associate

Process: International Voice Process

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

CTC: 3.18 LPA + Incentives

As a Junior Process Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving sales through upselling and cross-selling. This is a voice-based role involving both inbound and outbound calls with international customers. You will address customer queries, recommend suitable solutions or services, and work toward achieving defined performance and conversion targets.

This role blends customer support with consultative sales, making it ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, quick learners, and motivated by results. Your contribution will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Job Description International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate, timely support.

• Promote products/services and drive conversions through effective upselling.

• Achieve individual performance metrics and sales targets.

• Document customer interactions and maintain updated records.

• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure call quality.

• Adapt communication style based on customer needs and expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in an international voice-based process.

• Comfortable working night shifts with rotational weekly offs.

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
